“apowerb”, “thaink²” and the apowerb logo are trademarks of thaink².
The Apache License 2.0 covers the code. It grants no rights over trademarks —
see section 6 of the licence.
Allowed without asking
- Stating that your product is “compatible with apowerb”, “built on apowerb” or
“works with apowerb”
- Naming the project in an article, a talk, or documentation
- Keeping the existing notices in the source and the
NOTICE file
Not allowed without written permission
- Naming a fork or a derived product “apowerb”, or any name likely to cause
confusion
- Using the apowerb logo to identify your own product or service
- Implying a partnership, an affiliation, or an endorsement by thaink²
- Registering a domain name, an account, or a trademark containing “apowerb”
